Development of Management Competences of an Educational Manager in the Effective Organization of the Educational Process

چکیده
The article substantiates the role of improving managerial competence education manager in ensuring effectiveness organization educational process. purpose is to determine and importance In process research, following methods were used: theoretical analysis – main conceptual approaches development its process; structuring order identify characterize components management activities; generalization formulate conclusions on pedagogical conditions for manager. structure professional activity as possession by expert scientifically substantiated means decision administrative problems defined, component which cultural identifying solving organizational problems. Systematized universal functions (development making [planning], certain tasks, adjustments, accounting control) (diagnostic, prognostic, projective, organizational, communicative, motivational, emotional-volitional, comparative-evaluative) have been outlined. managers are identified: relationship between content training with peculiarities implementation regional policy; remote support aimed at competence, purposeful indirect or partially interaction staff carried out regardless their location; building individual direction students, basis personality-oriented approach, well taking into account difficulties needs.
